چکیده
To advance our understanding of the molecular biochemistry fungi which impact cultural heritage in libraries, museums and archives we investigated diagnostic capacity Raman spectroscopy to identify composition colored chromophores on paper. In this study explored resonant distinguish fungal filaments stimulated grow paper under high humidity with a focus characterizing Alternaria group species. facilitate analysis, conducted quantum chemistry calculations representative metabolites having optical absorption ultraviolet–visible spectral range. Comparing theory experiment show that fonsecin, erythroglaucin aurasperone type occur mature hyphal ?-carotene dominant yeast depositions surfaces. Resonant suggests further contribution carotenes longer than signature. Using microscopic resolution, rich sets signatures assign lignin, flavoglaucin, riboflavin, cycloleucomelon(e) asperyellone components spatial regions where initiate from depositions. such regions, filament microstructures stimulate development three-dimensional scaffold, diversity resonances confirms developing structures. The library computed spectroscopic responses characteristic presented here is essential for effect wide range objects made including books, prints, drawings, watercolors, engravings even sculptures as well designing next generation materials based mats.

Quantum chemistry studies on structures and electronic properties of the Tolazoline drug on nano structure of fullerene
Tolazoline is a non-selective competitive α-adrenergic receptor antagonist. It is a vasodilator that is used to treat spasms of peripheral blood vessels (as in acrocyanosis).Tolazoline is indicated in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension in the newborn (persistent fetal circulation) when systemic arterial oxygenation cannot be maintained by supplemental oxygen and mechanical venti...

1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
Quantum chemistry studies on reactivity of the 2-Amino-3-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)Propanoic Aciddrug linked to to C60
In this research at the first 2-amino-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl) propanoic aciddrug drug and its fullerene derivative were optimized. NBO calculations and NMR for the complexes were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31G*quantum chemistry level. Different parameters such as energy levels, the amount of Chemical Shift in different atoms, the amount of HOMO/LUMO, chemical potential (µ ), chemical hardness ...
متن کاملLv. Studies on Bile Pigments
THE study of bile pigment derivatives is important because these substances represent the end-products of haemoglobin metabolism. The destruction of haemoglobin both normal and pathological can thus be measured by quantitative determination of the urobilin and urobilinogen in urine and faeces. On the other hand, when pathological destruction of haemoglobin can be excluded, urobilinor urobilinog...
متن کاملRaman Spectroscopic Studies of Bioactive Materials
Bioactive materials including glass and glass-ceramics are nowadays used as medical implants for orthopedic applications. In this study several samples of glass-ceramics have been prepared using both heat treatment and sol-gel processes. The structure and bioactivity of these samples based on their interaction with simulated body fluid (SBF) have been determined. In-vitor, using the Raman s...
